Embrace your potential!

We are thrilled to invite women across the nation who are interested in making a meaningful impact in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. Our Mentoring Program isn’t just about support -it’s about celebrating strengths and unlocking incredible potential within each woman.

Drawing upon the invaluable feedback from our 2023 Trial Mentoring Program we are excited to introduce innovative features designed to empower and uplift. Introducing “flexible and project-based” mentoring opportunities, where your lived experience and skills are at the forefront. Engage in enlightening industry yarning panels and discover the power of collective wisdom and shared experiences. Find connection and encouragement in our shared support sessions, where genuine connections in a safe and supportive community of like-minded women are ready to share your journey.

At the heart of our program lies a commitment to growth and learning. That’s why we’re offering comprehensive training sessions for both Mentees and Mentors, ensuring everyone has the tools they need to thrive.

With programs commencing in June, August, and October 2024, there’s never been a better time to embark on this empowering journey of self-discovery and connection.

Your journey starts here!

The development of our mentoring program has only been made possible through our exciting partnership with Indigenous Business Australia (IBA).  IBA is proud to support Ember Connect with their mentoring program to elevate First Nations Women and enact systemic change through mentoring and networking.

Ember Connect wishes to acknowledge the many Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and we honour their deep continuing connection to land, sky, waterways and community.

We pay our respects to our Elders past, present and emerging who illuminate our journey to truth-telling, culture and conservation, which remains stronger than ever.
