Mentoring Program
Ember Connect’s Online Mentoring Program isn’t just about providing support -it’s about celebrating strengths and unlocking incredible potential within each individual. We put the lived experience and skills of our Mentees and Mentors at the forefront of the program.
Our mentoring program offers a flexible, tailored approach to support your journey, whether you’re focused on professional growth or personal development.
We provide:
- General mentoring to guide and support you in your personal or professional journey.
- Project-specific mentoring for targeted guidance on specific initiatives or goals.
- Connection and encouragement through individual or group support sessions.
- An easy to access online portal to connect to a safe and supportive community of like-minded women.
At the heart of our program lies a commitment to growth and learning. That’s why we’re offering comprehensive training sessions for both Mentees and Mentors, ensuring everyone has the tools they need to thrive.
Early Sparks is our new mentoring program designed specifically for First Nations mums with bubs and young children aged 0–5 years.
Starting on 24 June and running for six months, Early Sparks:
- Connects you with a supportive mentor
- Builds confidence and connections
- Allows you to access encouragement from women who understand the journey
- Is a culturally safe and supportive community
- Is free and delivered online so you can access your mentor from the comfort of home
Whether you’re a new mum or navigating the early years of parenting, Early Sparks is here to support you.
