We’re excited to share a major initiative for 2026 at Ember Connect.
Across the year, we are planning to deliver a series of 25 free online career development and skill-building sessions for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women.
These sessions are grounded in the nationally recognised Australian Blueprint for Career Development and are designed to provide practical, relevant and actionable learning to support career growth at every stage.
What makes this initiative particularly powerful is that it will be delivered by subject matter experts from within the Ember Connect community, a network of more than 6,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and allies. This is about sharing knowledge, building capability and backing each other.
These sessions will:
• Focus on real, practical skills
• Support confidence and career progression
• Be accessible online and completely free
The first events will be available on our events board in the coming weeks.
